Fishing

Galloway is blessed with some fine trout lochs and some excellent rivers for both salmon and sea trout. The river Nith, Cree, Bladnoch to name but a few provide spate water and good runs of fish whilst local trout lochs produce hard fighting brown trout as well regularly stocked rainbows.
